Caroline Gosselin is the Founder and CEO of The Experience NJ Team at EXP Realty. Always an active volunteer and impassioned supporter of women entrepreneurs, Caroline co-founded the local chapter of the national women’s business group called “Believe. Inspire. Grow.” (BIG). To commemorate her achievement, in 2011 she received the “Mover and Shaker” award from her local Chamber. In addition, she also served her community in her role as officer in her local Rotary Club for 4 years, and in 2015, was given the honor of being selected as one of Top 25 New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneurs in NJ Monthly Magazine and in 2020 was dubbed a “Force for Change” by NJBiz.com.

As a talented marketer, Caroline has remained on the cutting-edge of the latest digital strategies to garner maximum exposure for the properties she represents. Effectively utilizing her affiliation with EXP Realty, she successfully leverages media opportunities with Zillow, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and many others.

Her educational background set the stage for her success in real estate. She received her BA from the University of Texas at Austin, and her MA in International Relations in Paris, France. While Caroline has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, she began her professional career in the travel industry and then as a Program Manager for a NYC-based non-profit affiliated with the United Nations. She remains a top producer in the competitive world of real estate by utilizing her fluency in French and conversational Spanish. Caroline is hosting the largest brand-agnostic real estate conference in the Tri-State area, bringing together world renown coaches and speakers for a one-day exclusive event, known as “The Quest Conference”.
